Subscription to these communications is optional and is not a condition for participating in the Fribourg Tango Festival or making a booking.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, in particular by using the unsubscribe link included in our communications or by contacting us at tango.besosbrujos@gmail.com.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect communications necessary for managing an existing booking or registration.
4. Ticketing and Registrations – TheFlow
Bookings for tickets, passes and workshops are managed through the TheFlow platform.
The information entered when making a booking is processed by TheFlow in order to register participants, manage tickets and booked services, and monitor orders.
The data necessary for the organization of the festival is also accessible to Association Besos Brujos so that it can manage registrations and welcome participants.
TheFlow processes this data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
5. Online Payments – Stripe
Online payments are processed through Stripe.
When making a payment, the information necessary to complete the transaction is transmitted directly to Stripe. Depending on the payment method used, Stripe may process identification, contact, transaction and payment information.
Association Besos Brujos does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Stripe may also process certain information in order to ensure transaction security and prevent fraudulent payments.
For users located in Switzerland and Europe in particular, the processing of data by Stripe may involve different entities within the Stripe group as well as service providers required to process and secure payments.
6. Wix Website
The official Fribourg Tango Festival website is built using Wix.
Under the current website configuration, no festival registration or payment data is stored directly in Wix. Registrations are handled through TheFlow and payments through Stripe.
If new forms, analytics tools, tracking services or other features involving additional processing of personal data are added to the website in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Data Retention
Association Besos Brujos retains personal data only for as long as necessary to manage the festival and process bookings, and subsequently for any period required to comply with applicable administrative, accounting or legal obligations.
TheFlow and Stripe may apply their own data retention periods in accordance with their contractual and legal obligations.
8. International Data Transfers and Processing
The use of platforms such as TheFlow and Stripe may result in certain data being processed or hosted outside Switzerland.
Where data is processed abroad, the service providers concerned are responsible for implementing the appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable legislation and their contractual commitments.
