Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets, passes and workshop registrations may be cancelled up to and including January 13, 2027, which is 14 days before the start of the festival.

If a cancellation is made within this period, the amount paid will be refunded, less any transaction or processing fees associated with the booking.

From January 14, 2027, tickets, passes and workshop registrations are non-refundable, except when an activity is cancelled by the organizer.

If a specific activity — workshop, milonga, show or other event — is cancelled by the organizer, affected participants will receive a refund corresponding to the cancelled activity.

If the Fribourg Tango Festival 2027 is cancelled in its entirety by the organizer, all amounts paid for cancelled activities will be fully refunded.
